Shipping Policy
OVERVIEW
All orders are processed within 48 hours (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive a confimration email immediately upon placing your order and a second email when your order has been shipped.
Your order will be send as a "Standard Package" with Deutsche Post and DHL. A tracking number is optional and can be added in the checkout process. All orders will be sent from Germany.
REFUNDS
Returns are possible up to 14 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition. A refund for the full amount excluding the shipping costs will be applied in the same mode of payment used to complete the order. In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please send your order number and a photo of the item’s condition to shop@jakobanim.de as soon as possible. Each request will be addressed on a case-by-case basis in the prospect of finding a satisfactory solution for both parties.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
IMPORT DUTIES
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are incurred once a shipment reaches the destination country. These costs are the responsbility of the customer and are not included in the prices shown on this website. Please check your country's import duty and tax rates before placing an order.
FREE SHIPPING CONDITIONS
All orders of 50€ or more will be shipped for free, regardless of the destination. Import duties and taxes (see above) may still be required.

TRACKING AND ORDER STATUS
The shipping option "tracked" can be selected at checkout. A tracking number will be allocated to your package and communicated to you via email with instructions on how to view the current status and location of your order.
